The internet is great for many reasons, and its also very bad. Its bad because any one can make a website or a youtube video and claim they are experts in a certain field.
I don't put stock into any person with out doing research about them. I would never give advice and claim to be a pioneer in any area. This website is for any person who wants to follow what I did to loose weight. I would recommend three books to read. 1 "You on a diet" by Dr. Oz&Dr. Roizen. Nice easy read. Makes Eating simple.
2 "Dr. Bob Arnot's guid to turning back the clock" By Dr. Bob Arnot. He explain the basics of becoming active and how to be physicaly younger than your actual age is. He also breaks down all food types and lists them in order of most nutrient dense. Whats the best veggie to eat, fruit, grain meat. Its very helpful in getting the most bang for your buck when it comes to healthy eating. Last is "The Ab's diet" By Men's Health editor David Zinczenko. Now if you have more then 50 lb's to loose, getting washboard abs are not in your near future. I like this book because it has some great workout routines and some tasty and easy recipes. You will soon find out eating healthy is better tasting than eating fast food. All three of these books are great guides. Lastly if you have never went inside a gym and have no idea how to workout visit, http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/. This is the single best site for beginners. I have followed him and did his workouts for 2 years. He is the real deal!
