I grew up thin and healthy. In my 30's I began to gain weight. I went from 170lb in my 20's to 330 in my mid 30's. In order to change my course I had to relearn how to eat. I read volumes and volumes of information. Books,websites, articles and just about anything to do with
nutrition and weight loss. With patients and determination I began my transition. This website is how I changed my life.

2) Preparation. You should never be in a situation where you don't have food with you. Never go to work with out a lunch packed and a snack at the ready. I will show you how I prepare the four meals I take to work daily.
